I have an older Whirlpool range SF356BEKB and am having a problem with the oven cutting out after 45 minutes
I set the temperature for, say, 425, and it preheats and then holds the temperature for around 45 minutes but then stops operating. The Bake, Heat and On lights on the display stay lit but the oven gradually cools down. As it cools, I can press Stop and then start the sequence again, setting a new temp, of 425, and the oven will heat up again, but when it reaches 425, it will shut off.
I have replaced the temperature sensor, even though it measured around 1100 ohms, but made no difference.
Control board?
