Howdy all - New member here seeking advice. I didn't want to revive older posts so decided to start a new thread.
Washing machine is about 3 years and started acting up this weekend. It will start a wash cycle but would pause and unlock the door about 3-5 minutes in. When I start the drain and spin cycle (with wet clothes in the basket), the machine would drain, spin one direction, pause and then unlock the door.
I figured out how to get into the service menu and the initial error code is 48. I cleared it out and ran T11. It will get up to 300 RPMs (with clothes in the basket) in the first stage before it stops. When I try to test high speed spin, it doesn't do anything. After removing the clothes from the wash basket, the T11 high speed spin test stops after it reaches 700 RPMs. The machine is still throwing E48 after the T11 test.
Any ideas if this sounds like an inverter or control board issue? My multimeter is out on loan so i may pick up a cheapie just to verify before ordering parts.
