kenmoe stackable washer tub leaking

this has been a process. First the belt was melted and the washer motor seemed to be fried. I think the switch to cut the power when the unit over heated didnt work. So I replaced the motor and belt. The result was the motor only worked if I have it a spin. So I replaced the starter capacitor. So now the motor works. Then i notice that the inner tub is rubbing against the outer tub at a certain point in the rotation. So I adjust the springs and this helps. So I turn the unit on and serious leaking from the outer tub occurs. I cant really tell where it is coming from, except it is definitely not the pump or the lines. ?
