Bad relay capacitor with evaporator frosting

I pulled the back panel off and confirmed that a recent "click buzz click" noise was coming from the compressor area and understand that I can replace the capacitor and relay as a fix which I'm fine with. Also aren't there 2 relays, a start and a run plus the capacitor (Part websites are confusing on this)?

This side by side was still cooling and freezing normally at the time but I knew something was wrong.

My evaporator fan was running but it had been making a low rattling/vibrating noise as well for a while which went away if I pressed my hand on the back of the freezer section.

Anyway since the unit was empty and unplugged already I removed the panel to the evaporator and it had some frosting though not heavy.

My question is do I have two problems or one?

If my relay(s) a/o capacitor is going bad will that cause the frosting?

The compressor is warm not hot and vibrating, the compressor fan is running, and I can hear air circulating inside the freezer compartment. What else should I check?

Thanks
