GE Monogram not making ice continueously

I have a ZDIS15CSSM GE monogram undercabinet ice maker.
It has stopped making ice, to some degree.

When I turn it on, it fills the reservoir with water (valve-> check. I've changed this in the past))
It then pumps the water over the plate (pump->check. I've changed this in the past as well)
It then creates ice and release the ice (plate -> check)
It then cuts the ice (wire cutter->check).

It will do few cycles and then stops. No where near filling up the ice compartment. If left on, it will run a cycle or two again later. But then stops.
I disconnected the Bin temp sensor, but all that did was make it stop and the cleaning light flash (I assume an error code).

I reconnected bin temp sensor. It now seems to fill with water, pump water for a minute or so, then fill water some more, then stop. I'm not sure the compressor is coming on now.
