Dishwasher won't power

My dishwasher will not power.. I have checked the door switch it has 110 to it, but when I switch it only send 10. I have ohm checked thermal switch and it passes. Wired thing is when the thermal switch is out the door switch passes 110 through but when it is inline my meter only reads 10....

any ideas or help would be great.
