Woods Refrigerator - Freon Gone - Worth repairing or not?

I need some advice on my refrigerator. Its a 4 year old Woods (RA1816RS3) that has lost its Freon and is no longer cooling. Given the fact that the company does not exist is it worth trying to get it fixed? There are still some parts on the market and our appliance guy says he can fix it by replacing condensor coils and restocking the freon. Cost around $400. Is it still worth doing this considering the company no longer exists?
