Hi we just got a Samsung WF405. We've ran the sanitize cycle on light soil two times. Each time the timer pauses at 41 minutes for about 20-25 minutes and then starts counting down again, when the time is paused, the washer is still washing. Is this to heat the water? Does the temp have to be reached by a certain time? Haven't noticed the pause in any other cycles. Water heater is set to around 135. The sanitize cycle is set to hit 150. Will try a heavier soil setting with added time to see if the pause still happens.
