UGH at my wits end, bottom oven burning, 8 service calls

Hi there is so much history with this issue but briefly: We have a Whirlpool double oven electric, that turns one year old next week, so it is new. Since day one we have had trouble with this range I have had 8 service calls, they say nothing is wrong. Anyway, after many different tactics we bought new pans and . .. . see pics



These are peanut butter breakfast muffins, cooked on the middle rack, the very burned ones were towards the middle of the oven. The muffins on the far outside row toward the front of the oven were raw inside.

Does anyone have any ideas. My wife has been baking for years and never had any trouble until we bought this range
