GE Profile Control Panel Dead

Greetings,

So our control panel went blank (dead) on our GE side-by-side fridge. It's 3 years old. Fridge appears to be working fine otherwise (making ice, staying cool, etc.). I followed the directions on this post:

GE Profile Side by Side refrigerator controls not working

As it seemed to accurately describe our problem. Changed the motherboard today and no love. Still dead.

Wondering if I need to replace the control panel itself (looks like part 93 in the diagrams)?

Any advice would be appreciated.
