Spin Cycle Issues

I've got a Whirlpool coin-op that is leaving clothes wet after the spin cycle. I replaced the clutch and tested it and it is fine, new drive block too. I'm thinking that I either don't have the tub tightened enough, as I tightened the spanner nut using a short flat head screwdriver and a hammer (in lieu of a spanner wrench), the motor coupling with the metal ring is splipping, or the tranny is bad. The tranny agitates fine and spins the tub but as soon as I grab hold of the tub I can easily keep it from spinning. Any advice?
