Water dispenser on door not working

The water dispenser on the door of my fridge stopped working last week. Thought it was possibly the filter that was clogged. Replaced that. Still doesn't work.

Water fills the filter, and you can hear the dispenser running but no water comes out. The ice maker is still working as well as dispensing.

Any ideas on what the issue might be?
