This is a follow up to the thread below because issue evolved to a model of dishwasher different from the original post/question.

Recap:
Pump was replaced but drainage issue remained. Appliance Tech Admin suggested replacing timer.
New:
I ordered the new timer, and installed it. However, drainage issue (described in above linked thread) remained. After brainstorming and toying with pump, I figured out that new pump has a faulty design, and that I was able to fix it with a piece a cork maintained in place with a few drops of glue (from glue gun). I will post pic/video to illustrate soon. Thus, I will return dishwasher timer and get a refund.
