Sear Fridge blowing cool not cold air

Fridge is blowing cool not cold air in freezer. Cleaned some dust around the compressor. Compressor is hot to touch. Could maybe leave my hand on it 10 seconds - perhaps more.

Checked compressor relay. Don't hear any crackling when I shake it. Fans are all working. U

nit was bought in 2007 - top freezer style Sears rubbish. I can't make out model number onside. It is warn off.

Anything else I might want to check before it makes a nice boat anchor?
