Kenmore Elite Dishwasher does not drain completely, must push cancel at end of cycle to drain

I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher, Model 665.13129k701. It washes the dishes very well; however, at the end of the cycle it leaves about 1 inch of water in the bottom. I push the Cancel/drain and it will drain all of the water.

I have checked the drain hose, it is not obstructed and it loops higher than the bottom of the sink. I checked where the hose connects into under the sink and it is not obstructed. I open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle and there is not any suds just 1 inch of clear clean looking water.

I replaced the electronic control board, part number w10154151, and that did not solve the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
