My Whirlpool Quiet Partner II won't stop running the wash cycle and move on to the rinse cycle. I've read somewhere that it could be the thermostat, so I would like to try to replace it. Does anyone here know of any videos explaining how to do it for this model, or have any links to the service manual? I believe I found one on this forum before, but I forgot the exact search terms I used and haven't been able to find it since.
Full disclosure - previously it was shutting off during the wash cycle. It would run for about 10 minutes, and then shut off, including the lights in the control panel. I read that a faulty control board could be the culprit, so I just recently replaced the control board.
It is spraying water, if I open it up during the wash cycle there is water all around the inside. Oh, and it does drain correctly if I hit the cancel/drain button. It is also getting hot so I don't think it is the heating element. Does anybody have any other suggestions? I don't think it's the thermal fuse because as I am reading it, the thermal fuse shuts off the dishwasher when it gets too hot. this is not happening.
