Hello. My oven seems to turn on fine but after it reaches temp, let's say 400 degrees, it drops the temp ( unknowingly!!) if I turn off, the back on, sometimes it will go back up and start to cook, but then it happens again!!! I have read and watched so many articles and videos today, as to be well informed before asking this question. When I turn on the oven,Let's say to bake at 400 degrees, should the top element and bottom element ( bake and broil) both heat/ be hot? it seems that only the top element is hot. Thanks
