Oven won't heat up GEXL44 Spectra

I have a GE XL44 gas oven, model #JGBP30WEA8WW broiler works sometimes and range works all the time. First noticed problem with oven holding temperature in November. Oven temp was off by 30 degrees which has steadily gotten worse. Now the oven won't heat at all. There is no gas smell either. Could this be an igniter problem as well?
