Kenmore Coldspot - HOT Compressor

Hi,

I woke up this morning and found the refrigerator/freezer cool but the weather stripping and center divider between the freezer/fridge really warm.

I took the cooling coil cover on the front bottom and vaccummed off all the dust and there was a lot of it. I gave it several hours to cool off but the fridge still stayed cold and the center divider was still hot.

I rolled out the fridge and took off the back cover. The compressor is VERY hot to the touch, and the compressor fan is not spinning.

Should I replace the compressor fan, or is there something to test that runs the compressor fan?
