kenmore refrigerator freezer

I have a Kenmore refrigerator and I first noticed that the icemaker was making very few cubes. I pushed on the size cube and held it and the ice cubes would than release. I could then hear water fill the area to make new cubes. But the cubes never come out until I press the cube size button, it also take about a 1/2 day to freeze. The temp in the freezer is about 30 degrees, much to warm. My frozen items are staying frozen but other items are just cold will not freeze such as bread, strawberries etc.. I have not tested the fridge section it seems to be cool.
I have looked everywhere for a service manual with no luck. So far I have cleaned the coils in the back of the fridge. The fan is running in the back of the fridge. Nothing is blocking the vents in fridge or freezer. I have taken the back part off in the freezer to see if their was ice blockage and there is none. I poured water down the drain and it flowed freely. When put back together I do not feel a fan running, or cool air coming out of the vents, not sure how often this should run.
If someone could tell me what to look at next that would be great. I've been reading lots of posts and I'm really not sure what I should replace or what my next step should be other than call a repair man. I'm pretty handy with repairing things, but have never fixed a fridge.
