Maytage Dryer Squealing...loud noise

I've got this dryer that makes an awful loud squealing noise in the back.

Right now my MAIN problem is I simply cannot unloosen the Philips screws at bottom to remove the cabinet. They simply will not budge.

Of course, the next step once the outer cabinet is taken off is to try to fix this thing but I can't even open it up to take a look.

Any ideas?
