Dryer Motor Starts for 2 Seconds Then Stops

This issue started a few days ago. The motor starts, then it stops about 2-3 seconds later. I opened up the dryer to get a closer look. When I start it, it looks like the motor is attempting to rotate, but seems like it gets stuck, then shuts down. I took out the motor from its housing, and it runs just fine without stopping. The moment I put it back in, it does the whole 2 seconds attempt to run then it stops.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
