Kenmore He3t Won't turn on but diagnostic runs

My Kenmore He3t 110.49962602 washer won't power up from the power button but I can run the diagnostic and it finishes without any errors, so I don't think it's an actual power issue. When I plug it in I can also hear the clicking noise so I know it's not the CCU.

Its been doing this for the past couple months now off and on but now it won't power up at all. Previously I've just waited a week and it normally powers up fine but so far no luck. Do you know what could be causing this? Could it just be the power button is broken? I can lock and unlock the controls using the cycle signal button as well and the light turns on but nothing happens when I press the power button.
