GE PROFILE Bottom Freezer (2007 model) Just cleared drain hole .2 days later More ice

Hi. I just cleared Drain hole in the back of the fridge. Evaportor was covered in ice, drain hole frozen, etc. I cleared all the ice and cleaned it up. 2 days later there's a thin piece of ice under the same crisper drawer.

I took the evaporator cover off and only saw 'frost' on top of evaporator but not on coils. The heater appears to be working since I could feel the heat and the drain hole was clear. I tested it with bendable wire. It appeared to be draining fine.

I wonder if this was some residual from the evaporator cover.

Any thoughts?
