So my HE2 Plus starting making a loud rattling noise when trying to drain. I then see error SD followed by F21
I popped the front panel off, and removed the filter to find some build up on the filter, and cleaned it off. I figured that was alright, so i put the filter in and tried to run a cycle, and same thing. SD followed by F21 with the rattling noise.
Drained the water through the filter into a bucket for a 2nd time. I then removed both hoses from the pump, but one end of the pump into the bucket, removed the other end of the hose from the wall and poured water down it to see if there was blockage in the hose. Water went right through so no blockage
Now i would like to remove the pump and take apart to look for blockage, so how do i remove the pump? Seems like it is screwed through the bottom panel?
With the pump still in place, i used my finger and stuck it in the hole where the little propeller is. I assume its should run free? Seemed like i would feel a little resistance turning it with my finger. I dont feel that the little propeller is loose
It seems that in order to remove the pump, i would have to remove the entire bottom meaning i would need floor jacks to hold the washer up?
I pulled the very bottom panel off to look in and see a metal sheet in the way. I assume the pump is screwed on?
