My side-by-side is now dual fridge as freezer no colder than fridge - ideas?

I noticed yesterday that my ice was melting along with everything in the freezer. I did a deep clean of the condenser coils and let it go overnight. Things are *almost* refrozen but not quite and I suspect it won't as this was fairly sudden. I suspect something else. I'm about ready to pull everything out and then take off the back panel to take a look.

When peaking inside near the bottom, I can see a part of the freon? coil and it looks like it is frozen. Fans all appear to be running fine (though running 100% of the time).

So, before I start digging in, wanted to get this post out and solicit your help on where I might start.
