Hello everyone and thanks for a great site. After installation, my 1 day old Kenmore elite wont start the wash cycle. I cut power for 20 minutes several times with no change. Diagnostics are showing codes 6-4 then 4-1. The water level is too low, not even touching the float....I added water to bring the float switch up to normal, still no wash cycle. I was careful to correctly level it during installation.
It makes an odd ratcheting noise like something is trying to work, then after about 20 minutes pumps all the water out and shuts down. I put in for a service call, they are 1-2 weeks out so I thought maybe if it was something simple I could fix it...........so I could have a place to sleep since the Wife is not happy....

PS I entered my user name wrong but did not notice until it was too late....
