Paused to add item, won't restart

I hit pause to add item, door unlocked, added item, pushed start, triple beep and nothing. There is water in the drum. Did some searching and found out how to get the fault codes, and came up with F22, door lock. I have done the following:

Closed door and held in place=Triple beep
Unplugged for 30 minutes=Triple beep
Unplugged overnight=Triple beep
Purchased new door lock module, installed=Triple beep

I have now unstacked the set, pulled the top of the washer, and unplugged every plug on the CCU, it has been unplugged for about 30 minutes now. Any suggestions? I know to never hit the pause button again.
