Frigidaire fridge not cooling

I have a 7 year old side by side fridge that has a few issues and I need some help from an expert.
I had to replace the control board about a year ago, and in doing so Frigidaire decided to make a change to the board and wiring harness, deleting the fan control relay from the board and harness. After being on and off the phone with them numerous times, they claimed the fan was controlled some other way. So I put the board in and the fridge still didn't work, it would frost up in the freezer. So I defrosted it manually, let it go again and it froze up again. I checked the heater, thermal disk, and fan with an Ohm meter, all were ok. I called a repair tech out, told him it wasn't cooling but nothing else and he came to the conclusion that the mother board was bad. I made frigidaire warranty the board, this time the fan wouldn't run at all. I replaced it again, now it cools the bottom of the freezer without freezing up, but it doesn't run the fan. I feel almost no air coming into the fridge and obviously the bottom on both sides is the coolest spot. Side note, I've cleaned the coils as well, even though they weren't super dirty.

please help! I've got no idea what is going on at this point.
