Kenmore Coldspot fridge leaking water from the inside roof

Can anyone tell me why water is leaking down from the inside roof of this refrigerator and what I can do to stop it? It seems to be coming from a ventlike area next to some styrofoam material. I'm guessing it might be a defroster?
