FIXED Washer will not spin or drain

GE washer door would not unlock. Drained, cleaned drain, pulled pump, checked gasket, applied 120Volts, pump works

Washer starts the wash cycle, stops to spin, drain pump hums but no spin. Start/Stop button flashing.
