Not draining all the way

Hi,

I have a top load Frigidaire washer that all of the sudden stopped draining the water. When it happened there was water on the floor and I smelled burning rubber. It seems like its still spinning ,don't know how fast. Also, there is about 4inches of water left in the tub. Thank you in advance for any help.
