Long story short, Very Old wall oven was still warm the next morning after use, even though the Knob was set to "Off". I read this can be the cause of a faulty thermostat.
After reviewing parts diagrams I see my oven has a 'Thermostat' AND a 'Thermostat switch'.
The Thermostat has a rod connected to a wire that runs to a selector knob. The thermostat is a rod connected directly to a black electrical box.
Question: Which one of these parts would cause my issue?
Thanks
