GE Profile Fridge Food Freezing Problems

Hi,

I have a GE Fridge that keeps freezing the veggies and fruits in the lower crispers and anything that is in the door shelves in the bottom portion.

I have had a tech come in and install a temp monitor but he couldnt find anything wrong. The whole fridge has been put through a diagnostic and still nothing.

Do you think this could be a mother board problem?
