Whirlpool Ultimate Care II (Not engaging in spin cycle)

Hello, I've attached a video to show what my washer is doing, so it'll make more sense. Basically, my Whirlpool washer is not going into spin cycle. I looked up forums earlier and the most popular fix was the lid switch. SO I bought a new lid switch and installed it. The old one was definitely broken, as it was not clicking and there was a crack on one of the screw mounts, so I thought that had to be it for sure....nope. So I'm having the same issue, washer drains, but does not start spin cycle. If I manually put the dial into spin cycle it will spin the tub, but not the agitator. So what's the next step/part that needs to be checked or replaced?
