Hello,
The washer was a Craig's List purchase. The owner said it was having the door lock issue for which he replaced the door lock twice in the past and has now moved to a new unit. I felt confident in my ability to replace parts so I did just that.
Replaced door lock switch assembly
Replaced CCU
Cleaned drain pump catch/filter/pan
The washer completed an empty load, but it will not finish a full load. I had this same exact issue before replacing the CCU and DL assy. I'm not sure if this is the F10 or F11 error as there is no "F" displayed. As you'll see in the video, the display reads "10" or "11" if I unplug it and plug it back in. I've left the machine unplugged all night with no change. The light for the end of cycle signal changes from High, Med, Low endlessly.
Please tell me what this error condition is:

I have the manual, and I'm quite able to work on this machine. I just don't know what this error condition indicates. I'm tempted to say that this is a motor control or motor issue.
Please advise.
Thank you!
