ice maker not working, door water dispensor does. I think it is the inlet valve gone bad. I have 2 solenoids on my frig inlet valve. I measured & got @ 350 ohms resistance for each. I did the 120V jumper test, the door water dispensor clicked & water shot out, the ice maker water solenoid makes a VERY slight hum & no water comes out when jumped. I even disconnected the line from the bottom of the inlet valve to the ice maker & did the 120V jumper test & no water.
Can I assume that the water inlet valve is bad even though the resistance values are in spec? Thanks very much for your replies.
I did verify that the control module is working/turning after jumping the T&H test points.
