I need help with wiring replacement motor in this old dryer. The old motor model number is S58NXEET, the one they sent me is W10410892. The wires to the old motor switch were red, and white which connect to the timer, Yellow which connects to the Thermal fuse and a grey one which connects to the gas solenoid valve. The new motor switch has terminals numbered 1,5,3,4,6,2, plus a terminal on the protector tab. The chart which came with the replacement motor doesn't mention the same colors as those I have. I don't know the internal circuitry of the timer nor the motor switch. I have tried for two days to get this to work. I am not convinced that this motor will work with this dryer.
