We moved into a new home with a wine fridge. The fridge was not working, light on, no cooling. Simple search told me it was probably a thermostat issue. We have a home warranty so we called them out and paid our small co pay ($60) and the repair tech ordered the part and a few weeks later came and swapped it out. I noticed the thing seemed to be turning on and off a bit more than I expected. The room is about 65 degrees and I think the cooler should cool from about 40-65 depending on setting. so I set a thermometer inside....47 degrees on the warmest setting 1. i then put it on coldest for kicks and it was down to 32 degrees in no time. What the heck did this guy do ??? wrong thermostat? sensor sitting somewhere where it is not reading the temop right ??? that is a good guess I guess.....I will call him out but God I hate it when such simple things go wrong and i already dont trust the poor guy, even if the issue is not in his hand.....
