Whirlpool Duet dryer clicks, doesn't run

I've got a Duet that just clicks when you hit the start button. I've gone thru the troubleshooting routine "More time / less time / more time" to light up the LED's on the front panel. In the troubleshooting mode the display reads 88. When I open the door the display shows 69, and when I hit Start the display shows 08.

I don't see any reference to these codes. Can anyone guide me thru the next steps?
