My $25 dryer I picked up from the Re-Store a few years back just bit the dust. Earlier this week, my wife texted me to say she started it then went out for several hours and came home to find it still tumbling with no heat. She verified it was not on air setting.

WTW5000DW0 Whirlpool off balance in final spin cycle

My Whilrpool WTW5000DW0 (the same one I posted about 2 years ago with a weird click and bang) becomes extremely off balance in the final spin cycle. I suspected something with the suspension rods, but after removing the top of the machine and visually inspecting them from above, the don't look broken or out of place. I then hand spun the inner tub and it wobbled almost an inch as it spun around in the outer tub. Like a car wheel off balance. I've read a tad about wear pads but it seems...

Our range malfunctioned with F10 ERR code. We called the repairman who quoted us $325.00 to repair it. We said no. DH and I could not agree on what to buy as a replacement, so decided to fix it. KitchenAid KUDI01TJBL0 starts and then stops

I have an older Kitchenaid KUDI01TJBL0 unit. Was working until today when any buttons I hit flash 3 times then nothing. If I hit START it will act like its running, the Water Heating light goes on and then 2 seconds later the unit shuts down. Unable to drain or cancel. Hoping for easy fix because I just spent a ton getting my basement fixed. Thanks in advance.

The strip is hot between the doors. I looked in the back, the fan wasn't running. pushed it and it started turning. Didn't last. I pulled the bottom front off and vacuumed. Waiting to see if cools down. IF it doesn't as I feel no air moving from the condenser area, What part do I actually need to replace and where is it located? THank you

Whirlpool Dishwasher smells and doesn't fully clean

Dishwasher about 12 years old.
I think it started with bad smell after washes (which came out perfectly clean though) and I learned to keep the bottom filter clean (I never really knew it was there and just assumed the dishwasher/food disposal took care of food bits).

Recently it was starting the cycle by filling the bottom with water as it should but then stopping. I had to press cancel/start button and that's all I could get the machine to do.

I am trying to change the power cord on a range to a 3-prong. The range is a GE Model JBP80CK4CC.

This range was used with a 4-prong cable, so I am assuming the original installer followed the instructions and the ground strap was cut or removed.

The freezer drain plugged and water drained into the freezer. I removed the drain tube from a large rubber grommet. It appears the grommet is a duckbill type thing. It is so brittle from age that I am unable to remove it to try to clean. I’m sure it’s shot. How can I remove it in order to replace it? Viking oven won't heat

Viking vdsc485-6gss. Bought it second hand and cleaned it up and converted from NG to propane. Love the size and space it has. Dual fuel is nice.
Now the issue...the right side(bigger) oven wont heat at all. Right side works. I proceeded to scour the internet for possible solutions before committing to a hefty service call. The colored temperature indicator lights on my 1950 Hot Point Automatic Range have stopped working.
Attached are photos. I do not see a Model Number anywhere.

Suction line iced up

I have a Samsung RF23HCEDBSR refrigerator that the suction line ices up at the point where it exits out the back of the evaporator compartment. The ice grows to the point where the evaporator fan hits the ice. The heater works as there’s no ice on the coil. The evaporator fan has been replaced but no luck.

Any ideas?

Having trouble trying to diagnosis my dishwasher. After entering error mode, the door lights all stay solid for 10 seconds then the only light that stays on is the door lock Amber light. I have tried going through the service mode steps and when I set the tub to fill in service mode, nothing. Same with drain, heat and etc. the main board below has the led flashing 1x every 3 seconds. Anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, I have a broken hose that runs up through the bottom of the door, and into the waterdispenser panel. I need to put in a new one, but I can not get to the hose, (that I assume is behind the panel somewhere) . If I am correct and need to remove the panel, how do I do it. I have a GE Model GDT535PSJSS; It wont run...I have tried the "select cycle" plus "start" buttons for 5s and all the LED's flash and the "Lock" led stays solid. I have an LG LMXS30776s and the ice maker has stopped cycling through. I can select the reset button and the Ice machine will cycle through and dump the ice. After 4 hours I can select the reset button and the ice will dump. It will not cycle throug on it's own.
I took measurements in the refrigerators and it is only cooling to 53 degrees in the fridge, 49 in the top drawer, and 27 in the freezer. The back top drawer of the freezer some food had defrosted partially so I set it to Meat...
