Hello,
I have searched to see if anyone has posted about this, but have been unable to find anything.
Our Thin-Twin up and died us out of the blue last night. The dryer still runs, although it seems to not be heating up as much as it should (or little at all). The washer will not do anything when the knob is pulled to switch it on.
Interestingly, I just had a fiddle with it and ran the dryer to see if it was warming up and tried to put the washer on and the drum was filling with water - then I opened the dryer (which automatically switches it off) and the washer switched off as well and then continued when I started the dryer up again, until the drum filled (on a low water level) and then stopped working again and will not spin or drain even when the dryer is on.
I have flipped the breaker slowly a couple of times, which has not had any affect.
I would love to be able to deal with this myself but have limited experience with fixing appliances. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
Kind regards,
Tom
