Last night I noticed the hot water hose looked like an over stuffed sausage so I turned off the water supply, single lever for hot and cold. Didn't tell the wife since she never does wash during the week. Before leaving for work today I noticed the machine cord unplugged and laying over top of machine. uh-oh. Wife said she tried to start a load and is only hearing a funny noise.
Replaced hose this evening but:
Plug it in and display is stuck on. Dial changes time to appropriate for was cycle, buttons for temp, spin, etc work but it just sits this way with a hum coming from bottom. Can't stop it, unlock it, or reset it. Have tried cancel, unplugged it all day, it behaves the same.
Can't report model number since the door is locked. Only other identifier I see on it is on the rear there is a sticker with a UPC bar code. Any suggestions? Thanks.
