Clicking noise after self cleaning and now no heat

Been having problems with self cleaning for a while. Usually door would not open at the end of cycle withough some coaxing. Last night used self cleaning OK but theree was a clicking sound coming from the latch (I think) after the cycle was over. I turned out the power at the electric box coming into the house. today I tried to bake or broil but no heat. I think the two are related. Yes...i did turn the breaker back on today.

Any suggestions? I'm trying to decide whether to repair or buy new.
