Touchpad on Whirlpool range doesn't work

The touchpad on my Whirlpool Stainless steel slide in range YGY396LXPS02 doesn't work. Burners work ok. Replaced the control panel and cleaned connectors on strip leading to touchpad, but still no change. No error codes are shown.

Any suggestions?
