New to this forum, and looking forward to participating and helping as much as I can!
I have a Maytag Neptune Washer MAH5500BWW, and have been experiencing a couple issues recently.
1. Fabric softener does not dispense in cycle.
- I will do a load of laundry, fill up the fabric softener dispenser below the line as usual. Softerner appears to still be in the resevoir at the end of the cycle. It appears to be somewhat diluted, however it has clearly not been dispensed properly.
2. Washing machine makes a loud noise on spin cycle
- Seems to only make them on spin cycle, however I have noticed recently it is getting louder and echoes through the whole house like never before.
Any ideas what these issues could be and how to tackle them?
