Icemaker very slow to make ice

Hi;
The icemaker stopped making ice after thawing out the door dispesnser. I ordered and replace the control module and it made ice, but now may make ice once a day. The tray fills but it doesn't rotate and dump the ice. I turned it off and on this morning and it dropped ice but made no more the whole day. When I depress the side flipper and the top door flipper, the icemaker light stops blinking like it is supposed to. Any thoughts? Thanks
