Houseful of guests & Kenmore Coldspot side-by-side Freezer not cooling

We have houseful of guests.

This morning we noticed that the freezer section is not cooling enough. All the frozen packets were unfroze. Here is what I can see:

1. I can hear a fan running.
2. Cold air being pushed into the freezer section behind the ice maker.
3. Cold air is also being pushed into the fridge section.

Where should I go from here? I do not have a manual for the fridge - can someone provide a link?
