Kitchenaid fridge not cooling

I pretty much narrowed it down to the diffuser. When I put a pencil in it, I can feel the air coming from the freezer. However, when I plug in the fridge after is has been unplugged for a few minutes, I can hear the diffuser motor trying to work. Any suggestions?
