Maytag Won't Run

Hello...We need some help with a 16 month old Maytag MDB7749AWB2 Dishwasher..The dishwasher won't start. I tried to reset the control panel (hit "high temp wash, heated dry" three times ) and it goes through some test cycle and the lights all come on, and when I press the Cancel button, nothing happens. The lights just stay on. After a few minutes all the light go out.

Do I need the

Panel control Keypad
or the
Electronic control Circuit Board
Or somethiing else?
